Introduced in June of 2003, the Sun Fire V210 server features up to two 1.34 GHz UltraSPARC IIIi processors, four built-in Gigabit Ethernet ports, a system configuration card, advanced remote management, and an optional integrated SSL card, all in a feature-rich, ultra-dense, rack-optimized package.
In January of 2006 Sun introduced a RoHS version of the Sun Fire V210 server, and in September of 2007 the V210 was EOL'd (end-of-lifed). The Sun Fire V210 was replaced by the Sun Fire V215 server. Additionally, Sun produced a Telco (NEBS compliant) version of the Sun Fire V210 called the Netra 210.
